Four 1-hour technical sessions, where you’ll discover projects such as using brewers’ grain, yeast and other by-products to return nutrients to nature. Find out how small and medium-sized operations have built sustainable breweries, and what best practice advice they have. Explore what steps breweries have taken towards becoming carbon-neutral. As an official partner event of EU Green Week this is a chance to discuss what the EU Green Deal and Green Recovery mean for the brewing sector, and for brewers to demonstrate and share their technical solutions.
