The Call for Abstracts is open via the EBC Symposium website. The topic of next year’s symposium is “Brewing it Differently – under Difficult Circumstances”. The pandemic has had an enormous influence on consumption patterns of beer which has affected the whole of the supply chain. Delays of production processes in both breweries and malting plants have disrupted regular scheduling; in the case of procurement, the freshness of raw materials and shelf-life of product may have given cause for concern. For more details, please consult the EBC and EBC Symposium websites. Only abstracts submitted via the abstract submission tool will be considered. The deadline for submitting abstracts is Sunday, 24 January 2021. |
