EBC SYMPOSIUM 2023 & EBC SCIENCE GROUP MEETING Registrations are open

We are excited to announce that the EBC Symposium 2023 will take place from 8 to 10 October at the Stiegl Brewery in Salzburg, Austria. Following the Symposium, the EBC Brewing Science Group 13th Technical Meeting will be held from 10 to 12 October at the same location.

This year’s Symposium will revolve around the theme “Fermentations as an opportunity for sustainably brewed and high-quality products”. We are pleased to share the provisional programme, which can be accessed here.

Registration is now open for delegates who are interested in attending the EBC Symposium and/or the EBC Brewing Science Group. Kindly note that registration for the EBC Brewing Science Group is exclusively available to members of the group and their appointed guests.
