We are pleased to share an update on the relocation of our classroom from Chicago, Illinois to Montreal, Quebec. The transition and organization of the new space are progressing very well, and we will be ready soon.
Our new classroom is co-located with the Lallemand Baking Academy. The space features natural wooden elements and abundant light, creating a relaxed and welcoming learning environment. We expect the experience to be further enhanced by the vibrant atmosphere of the facility itself (including the smell of baked bread!).
As an update to our previous communication, we confirm that the World Brewing Academy advanced campus programs will take place this fall in the classic dual campus/dual continent model, beginning in Montreal and ending in Munich. Please see the catalog below for exact dates.
Students attending programs in Montreal will have the opportunity to experience the city at one of its most beautiful times of year. Early fall offers mild weather and striking autumn colors, making it an ideal season to explore.
The new classroom is located in Hochelaga Maisonneuve, an up-and-coming Montreal neighborhood known for its strong sense of community. While most hotels are located downtown—just a short bus or metro ride from the campus—there are also short-, mid- and long-term lodging options closer to the classroom. For those looking to fully experience Montreal, staying downtown is recommended, with accommodations available for all budgets and access to the city’s vibrant culinary and cultural scene at your doorstep.
Stay tuned for more news and exciting updates on the move and future courses. Questions can be directed to info@siebelinstitute.com
