Dear customers, hop growers, business partners and friends,
We are unifying our brand as of November 2019 with a new logo and
strong presence to become even more recognizable to you.
Joh. Barth & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG is changing to: BarthHaas®
We are combining the strengths of our companies in Europe and Asia.
Together we passionately give our best to inspire you. Whether you
are a grower or a brewer, every beer is a result of your work and tells a
story – we are here to support you in writing this story.
It will take some time until everything is converted. Therefore, it may be
that you occasionally come across our old logos and appearance. We are
working hard on it and ask for your understanding.
For more detailed information, please read the next page
“More about the new brand”.
We have changed our company and brand name to BarthHaas®. You simply need to replace “Joh. Barth & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG” with “BarthHaas GmbH & Co. KG” in your correspondence with us. That’s all! All contracts and agreements remain unchanged.
WHEN DOES THE NEW NAME BECOME EFFECTIVE?
We are changing the name effective November 1, 2019. From then on,
the company will officially be BarthHaas GmbH & Co. KG.
WILL THE COMPANY’S LEGAL FORM ALSO BE CHANGED?
No. We are retaining the legal form of “GmbH & Co. KG” and our entry in
the Commercial Register remains unchanged (HRA 377). The only alteration
is the name under which the company operates.
WHEN WILL THE NEW LOGO BE INTRODUCED?
We will welcome you with the new brand design at the BrauBeviale in November
2019. Our website will be switched over at the same time.
With regard to everything we print on paper or produce otherwise, the change of
logo will only proceed gradually. In other words, you will probably still encounter the
old logo for some time.
WILL THE NEW BRAND HAVE ANY EFFECTS
ON CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS?
No. All that is changing is the name of the company, the brand and the logo.
Everything else remains as is. As already stated, the validity of existing
contracts and agreements is unaffected. The communication channels will also
stay the same, with only our email addresses changing from @johbarth to
@barthhaas. We will keep you fully informed.
