Call for Abstracts EBC Symposium 2021 now open.The EBC Symposium, orginially planned for this year, has been postponed to 18 – 20 April 2021. The Call for Abstracts is now open via the EBC Symposium website. The topic of next year’s symposium is “Brewing it Differently – under Difficult Circumstances”. The pandemic has had an enormous influence on consumption patterns of beer which has affected the whole of the supply chain. Delays of production processes in both breweries and malting plants have disrupted regular scheduling; in the case of procurement, the freshness of raw materials and shelf-life of product may have given cause for concern. The deadline for submitting abstracts is Sunday, 17 January 2021. |
